The Light of the World Brings Sight
  • In John 8, Jesus made radical claims that he was both God and the light of the world.
  • In John 9, Jesus encounters two types of blindness.
    • Blindness of the ______: The beggar suffers from physical blindness and cannot see the world.
    • Blindness of the ______: Pharisees suffer from spiritual blindness and cannot see the light of the world.
The Light of the World Brings Sight
  • In John 8, Jesus made radical claims that he was both God and the light of the world.
  • In John 9, Jesus encounters two types of blindness.

The Perception of Jesus - What Jesus Saw (9:1)
